Refund & Cancellation Policy – TN eVoters

At TN eVoters, we value transparency and fairness. Since our platform processes mock voting, donations, and data publishing on a daily cycle, our refund policy is tailored specifically for these services.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Voter Verification Failure:

    • If a voter cannot be verified with the details provided (name, phone number, home address, or other required inputs), we will issue a full refund of the amount paid.

  2. Voluntary Refund Request:

    • If you no longer wish to proceed with your mock vote purchase or donation, you may request a refund within 48 hours of payment.

    • Since polling data is published every 24 hours, once your data is included in the published reports, we cannot issue a refund.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of your transaction.

  • After 48 hours, or once your data has been processed in published poll statistics, no refund can be issued.

  • For each refund processed, ₹1 will be retained as a processing fee. This amount helps us maintain the system and ensure accurate digital records.

  • After payment, we issue you a Digital Vote ID. This confirms your participation and is non-transferable.

GST Compliance

  • TN eVoters collects and remits GST (Goods & Services Tax) to the Government of India, in compliance with applicable tax laws.

  • GST collected on payments is non-refundable.

Refund Process

  1. To request a refund, email us at tnevoters@gmail.com with:

    • Your transaction ID

    • Registered email and phone number

    • Reason for refund request

  2. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method through Cashfree within 7–10 business days, subject to verification.

Important Note

  • Refunds are not applicable once your mock vote has been included in the daily published poll data.

  • Digital Votes already issued cannot be reversed, but refunds may be granted only if requested within the 48-hour window.
